Which method of payment do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, no personal checks. Corporate accounts can setup an account for flexible payment options.
Can I obtain a receipt for my charges?
Certainly, a receipt is generated the day of the charge and will be e-mailed to you.
How do I make a reservation?
In order to make a reservation, you would need to call our office at +1-888-EXEC-CLS. Alternatively you can make reservation right from out website by visiting the RESERVATION page.
What do you provide with the bus?
We provide a chauffeur who is professionally trained and licensed by the state. We also provide you with bottled water, ice (optional), cups, trash bags and paper towels.
When should I book a limo?
As soon as you have confirmed plans for attendance for an event. But at least 16-30 days before your event. This is especially true for specialty vehicles, including; Exotic cars, mini buses, party buses, sprinters and Stretch Limousines.
Why am I being charged a 3-4 hour minimum?
Limo services charge three hour minimums to prevent split orders. Three to four hour minimums are standard since you will not want the limo company to book other jobs in-between your reservation.
Why am I being charged for time that I’m not in the car?
A limousine rental is like staying at a hotel. Although you may not spend every minute in your room, you’re always charged for the whole day. In the limousine industry, this would be considered a 24 hour minimum.
