Service Fee is an administrative charge that covers the costs associated with the provision of a service.

We obtain a credit card authorization upon your reservation to confirm the service and process the charges due at the time

The rate quoted, prior to your trip, is an ESTIMATE based on the information you provided at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change and can increase your rate if the following occur:

    1. Additional waiting time
    2. Airport Meet & Greet
    3. Any additional stops
    4. Any incurred cost(s) during the service/trip
    5. Fees for toll or parking are required.

When you travel by coach with Executive CLS, you are provided a professionally trained and state-licensed chauffeur, bottled water, ice, cups, paper towels, trash bags, hand sanitizer, your selection of satellite radio, and 5G Hotspot (where included).

Once you have confirmed your plans for attendance to an event, your next step should be to make reservations -- a limousine requires 16-30 days' notice to ensure your needs are met safely and successfully.

This is especially true for specialty vehicles, including (but not limited to); Exotic cars, Minibuses, Party Buses, Sprinters, and Stretch Limousines.

As soon as you’re planning, make sure to reserve your vehicle(s) and service(s) for the dates of choice. You can always cancel at no charge WITHIN the cancellation period, but ensure you secure your dates.

For most domestic flights we advise you to arrive 1 hour prior to your boarding time for smaller airports and 2 hours prior for international flights. For larger airports we advise 2 hours prior to your boarding time and 3 hours prior for international flights.

It is cost effective to make an hourly reservation when you will be making multiple times at your convenience. Two separate transfers are better when you are going point to point at a specified time that is 3 hours after your initial pickup time.

All vehicles are subject to a minimum cancellation notice or full amount will be charged.

    1. Sedans and SUVs - MINIMUM 18 hour cancellation notice.
    2. Executive Sprinters and Vans - MINIMUM 6 day cancellation notice.
    3. Stretch Limos, Sprinter Limos, Buses, Exotics - MINIMUM 12 day cancellation notice.

  2. Special event transportation service reservations can be made 8-12 months in advance or sooner

So we can track any delays or changes in flight status to ensure your chauffeur is on location prior to your arrival.

  1. No-show trips are NON-REFUNDABLE, NOR Redeemable at any other time.
  2. Late guests are charged in 30 minute increments of the hourly cost of vehicle in service at the time of tardiness.

No, unauthorized persons are not allowed on secure government regulated facilities, where we are located. The vehicle(s) you see online are the ones we provide service in and WE DO NOT Bait & Switch.

Extras & Minimums

Like all premium limousine services, Executive CLS books reservations that begin at a three-hour (3) minimum to prevent 'split reservations' - this practice is standard in order to prevent accidental booking overlap.

A 'split reservation' occurs when a trip is booked without enough buffer time between each, and the first trip runs into difficulty, highly increasing the chances the following reservation will be negatively affected. Booking minimum time slots guarantees that each and every one of our clients receives the service they deserve and have come to expect from Executive CLS.

Much like staying at a hotel, luxury ground travel is charged by the trip or itinerary. For example:

You book a hotel room for one night. Although you may not spend every minute of your day and night in the room, you are still billed for one full day.

Similarly, if you book a vehicle for eight (8) hours but only spend four (4) hours inside the vehicle, you are still responsible for payment of the full eight (8) hours.
