Pre-Planning
Contact our Executive Experts so we can get to know more about your group specifically while you help us to understand what areas your destination management service needs accommodated. Let us know what you want to accomplish with your event regarding transportation. How many guests do you plan to have in attendance for your event? What type of cuisine would you like to serve? What category of hotel best suits your clients or company? Would you want to take part in daily excursions? How would you like the day’s schedule to be divided amongst working and networking time? The more details we know of your event, the better we can facilitate to ensure your experience is not only exactly what you are looking for but exceeds your expectations.
Manifests
We will put together a Detailed Manifest so you can access all logistical and transportation information each day. Any update(s) required will issue a new manifest at any time a change is made. Each reservation manifest will include travelers name, contact numbers, vehicle of service, flight details, along with complete itinerary. All special requests will also be included in the manifest. Chauffeur assignments will be made accessible via email and in the daily manifest(s).
Day of Event(s)
Each morning we will share the daily manifest(s) including chauffeur information for each vehicle, detailed with a complete passenger itinerary. A dedicated-on site coordinator will be available on location at the host site(s) and venue(s) to help coordinate for your group. Upon the end of each day, we will recap the next day’s event and accommodate any possible last minute changes.
